Hi Jael,

I have a great recipe for carrots, which includes smoked paprika. I have to admit, I wasn't away of the spice until I ate these carrots at a friend's house. I will have to start trying it in other dishes.

This is my failsafe, too. We don't have Penzey's in Canada (yet?) so I pick it up where I can, and that usually means that it comes in the awesome colorful tins straight from Spain. It doesn't last long. Favorite uses: tossed on hot popcorn with very fresh cumin, or on good fingerlings with butter.

One of the tins says "Little is enough!" And I say it out loud every.single.time.
