Finished copies are here! Finished copies are here!
We're less than a month away from the release of The Kitchen Daughter, so I must admit, there's going to be a lot of TKD-related stuff on the blog from now through April. But I'm still cooking and eating -- and plenty of both! -- so there will also be a whole lot of posting on food-related topics. I'm trying to keep a good balance. So if you're the kind of person who wants to know about this type of thing THE SECOND IT HAPPENS, you should go Like The Kitchen Daughter on Facebook -- it's all book news, all the time.
(Ooh look! Praise! I love praise.)
How exciting!!

I love the sassy cover of this and am looking foward to reading it, and I burn the noodles every time I make homemade mac and cheese.

I just finished your book today....I loved it. I am very aware of the stigma and issues surrounding mental health and so enjoyed it from that aspect as well as from the food side...I have found myself cooking with a little more love over the last week!

i picked up your book at the library several weeks ago. I chose it for two reasons, I love cooking and reading novels with cooking in them, and second, I have a 22 year old son with Aspergers. I LOVED your book for every reason. You are brilliant and so easy to read. I enjoyed it so much, I joined your blog. I am enjoying that too. I hope you have another book soon. You are a beautiful person. Love and peace to you.
